Dr.swerdzewski was great years ago(he’s no longer here). My appointment time was 9am and I arrived early to fill out paperwork; however, I was extremely displeased with my visit. I decided to leave and excuse myself after I heard staff in the hallway saying “just tell her” before beginning whispers and the DA entering my room about cost… if they didn’t want to service me, as a self-pay customer, that would have been fine. However, to come up with prices and procedures willynealy is very disheartening as I distinctly remember what was discussed when scheduling the appointment. Nonetheless, hate to say it, but I’ll never return.

I was a client of Dr. Frank for many years, and my last appointment was a couple years ago, and I did not immediately write a review because I did not want my emotions to make an impact on it. The second to last visit, he seemed about ready to retire, in behavior-- short, curt, get-the-job-done with minor consideration I was a paying and easy-going client. My last visit, I had gotten some lip filler a week or two prior to correct a defect, and he felt the need to ask quite rudely why I would do that and was not gentle at all during my cleaning. I was very disappointed as I had been a long time client and I absolutely didn't need to be questioned on my life choices and since they seemingly didn't add up with his views, I wasn't treated well. I'd never taken him as a personable dentist, but I was there to get my teeth cleaned, not make friends. I'm not sure why he behaved like that; everyone has bad days and I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt, so I made another appointment and I asked his office manager if he had something going on that may of cause this, and instead of understanding, she said, "Oh, he's never acted like that!" and just sort of pushed aside and invalidated m

Had our first visits today at Dr Frank Dental Care and I can not say enough how impressed we were. Hannah was amazing!!! My 9 year old daughter, who normally hates the dentist, absolutely loves her and can not wait to go back in 6 months. Dr Maxwell was great as well. Super happy with our new hygienist and dentist!!!

Had my first proper cleaning done here. Staffs are friendly and professional. Angie was so helpful. My dental hygienist is Hannah, she was so gentle on my teeth and yet she was able to clean it thoroughly, it was like having a spa and without those scaling, I might have fallen asleep. She kept me informed every step of what she will be doing. She explained to me in details any questions I have. If youre worried about the fee or price, it is much lower than my previous dental clinic. I am happy and know I made the correct choice in choosing dr frank dental care.
